We do not issue refunds or credits solely because a subscription was not used. Subscription fees are charged for continued access to HISTORY Vault, regardless of viewing activity.
You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges. After cancellation, you’ll retain access through the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused time.
If you subscribed through a third party, such as The Roku Channel, Apple TV Channels, or Amazon Prime Video, refund requests are subject to that provider’s policies and must be submitted directly to them.
